What VinPart.ge does
VinPart.ge is a sourcing and logistics coordination service for auto parts. We help identify a suitable part, compare available options, prepare a quote and coordinate ordering/delivery after client approval. We are not a vehicle repair shop, manufacturer, official dealer or universal fitment guarantor.
Quote before order
The client sends VIN, part number, photos or a description. We send available options by quote link, email or messenger. At this stage the client decides whether to approve an option or decline it. No order is placed until the client approves a quote option and payment details are agreed.
Client information
Compatibility depends on the information provided by the client. If VIN, model, year, side, connector photo, part number or other information is incomplete or incorrect, the risk of a wrong part increases. If the client approves a quote based on incorrect or incomplete client-provided data, responsibility for that choice remains with the client, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Estimates
Delivery time, customs/VAT, weight, supplier stock and final availability are estimates until confirmed by the supplier/logistics route. We show these assumptions transparently and may update the quote before payment if supplier or logistics data changes.
Approval
Approving an option means the client accepts the selected source, condition, type, delivery estimate, risk note, final price structure and these service terms. If the client has questions, they should ask before approval.
Service scope
Our obligation is limited to reasonable sourcing, comparison, quote preparation, ordering coordination and logistics follow-up. Installation, repair work, programming, calibration, painting, diagnostics and vehicle inspection are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
